Jumppailua... Pitäs varmaa useemmin tehä... Ei näköjää salilla tuu näitä lihaksii hirveesti vedeltyä kun tuntuu , että hajoan :D

Askelkyykky 20t +30 t (25t/jalka)

linkkuveitsi 10t + 10t

vatsarutistus 10t +10t

vinot vatsat 10t + 20t

Miestpun 6t + 15t

naispun 15t + 10t

selkä 15t+20t

+ 2x30sek tasapainotteluu/jalka

+ venyttely laajan mitan mukaan

aika n. 45minuuttia
