Tavoistani poiketen ihan oikean harjoituksen omainen harjoitus, 15min verryttelyjä ennen 5 x 1000m 2min palautuksilla ja päälle 20min verryttelyä; eli näin:

Lap 1 - 2,97km 15:01 verryttely

Lap 2 - 1,00kmk 3:48

Lap 3 - 394m 2:00

Lap 4 - 1,00km 3:49

Lap 5 - 401m 2:00

Lap 6 - 1,00km 3:55 (paha ylämäki)

Lap 7 - 423m 2:00

Lap 8 - 1,00km 3:46

Lap 9 - 390m 2:00

Lap 10 - 1,00km 3:40

Lap 11 - 379m 2:00

Lap 12 - 3,94km 20:02 verryttely
