Rullahiihto 29 km. Kauden ensimmäinen pitkä lenkki rullilla, piti säästää jalkoja alkavan viikon rientoihin.

Tänä aamuna sitten varsin piesty olo koko lihaksistossa, harjoitus meni hyvin perille 😉
